- Third-Party Providers: We work with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, and secure payment gateways like Stripe). These entities process data strictly under their own robust privacy frameworks to fulfill our platform services.
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers & Overseas Storage
TRADi utilizes enterprise-grade cloud hosting providers. While we prioritize hosting data within Australian data centers where possible, some operational infrastructure or third-party tools may store data on servers located outside Australia (including the United States). By registering an account with TRADi, you consent to this cross-border transfer of data under the protection of the APPs.

- Protection Standards: We take all reasonable physical, technical, and administrative steps to secure your data against misuse, loss, interference, or unauthorized access.
- Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB): In the highly unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, TRADi will immediately act to contain the breach, notify you directly, and report the event to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.

You maintain complete control over your personal data:
- You can instantly edit or unpublish your listings directly from your account dashboard.
- You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you or request its permanent erasure.
